Pay attention to what you are focusing on because the accelerated vibration of the times are bringing your manifestations into form very quickly.
What you are experiencing right now, is what you have manifested. What you manifest next will be the result of whatever you’re focusing on this very moment.
If your attention is on what is already manifested, there will be no change, you’ll continue to get what you’ve gotten, manifesting that again and again, wanted or unwanted.
For example, let’s say you had a sore foot yesterday. Today, in the morning you wake up and re-member your sore foot. You have just re-manifested it. And then you put your foot on the floor, and sure enough, it hurts.
Then you say, “My foot is still sore.” Again, re-membering it – thinking it’s continuous.
Now you tell your best friend about your sore foot, re-membering and re-manifesting it. Now there are two of you – with your attention and focus on the picture and feeling of you having a sore foot.
Then the next day you tell your son and daughter and two more close friends. Now there are six people who “know” you have a sore foot. All six of you re-membering and re-manifesting it. You all talk about it, visualize it, wonder why you have this sore foot. People begin to ask how your foot is, and offer their best advice on what you should do. All this energy is focused on you having a sore foot.
Where your attention goes, energy flows. This is instant re-manifestation over and over in this now moment, and the next now moment, and the next now moment.
How do you break this cycle? First you must take responsibility for your own health and not re-seed the manifestation over and over. The important element here is to focus your attention on health and well being. It takes a multifaceted approach.
1. Put your attention on the parts of your body that feel good. How about your other foot? How are your legs, arms, hands? Notice what they feel like when they feel good. Focus there with gratitude.
2. Allow those good feelings to spread to other parts of your body. Imagine that foot feeling good too.
3. Do things that don’t hurt your foot or re-mind you it hurts. Perhaps different shoes, walking more slowly, not walking so much, whatever it takes to not feel pain.
4. Stop affirming you have a sore foot to anyone.
5. Say “hello” to your various body parts everyday, and thank them for the wonderful ways they serve you.
6. Send all parts of your body light and love. Imagine perfect functioning and how good that feels.
7. If you are mentally or emotionally stressing yourself out with any kind of scarcity consciousness, stop it! Learn to relax, stop hurrying, learn to be present, find reasons to be happy and enjoy your life today, there is no tomorrow.
I could fill pages with all the things you could do, but most important is to not re-create and re-manifest it by focusing on it. It is a fine art, but it is the way you take charge of your body and your health. Your body is totally influenced by your thoughts and feelings. You start feeling good and being happy and it will too. ~MaxWell
